8. BlockFast 3D videos

Audiovisual project based on 3D models and techniques to explain the building system

During my early days as a multidisciplinary designer, I created some 3D audiovisual products. This is the result of those projects: entire 3D model videos that explain the building system of a company called BlockFast.

The background behind this project involves first-hand experience and observation. In order to recreate the whole visual process realistically, I spent one month visiting Blockfast’s installations, working alongside the employees that were building the exhibition house, taking a lot of pictures and videos and basically learning everything about the process they followed.

The tools used to create this project were mainly 3D Max and Maya for the 3D and animation modelling and Adobe Premiere for video editing.
